Still no word from anyone about the flash gallery or making the content downloadable. Hopefully it’ll be settled before the next bill cycle. It’s such a deal breaker.

from what i’ve heard, downloadable content won’t happen because it makes it too easy for the site will get ripped and thrown up on a torrent tracker. next best thing is to let your browser cache the site so that you can still look at it while offline

FIRST: Let me just say. This is an open letter to the ones who are running the site, not to you. I know you’re a photographer, but I am not getting a reply via e-mail so this is the only forum available.
I don’t mean to start an argument here but !!plenty!!, (read ~90%), of sites offer the content to be downloaded. Sure, some might pirate and share the content with others, but the majority will not. Instead, this will add to the quality of the site.
By countering the couple of pirates, you are effectively giving all users reduced functionality. If you take a look at the gross revenue in the porn industry, you’ll see that even though the industry is a major victim of pirating they’re not starving. I’m just stating my own opinion but this is what I think.
The adult industry has learned to counter pirating, not by implementing measures such as content restriction, but by being innovative with the content they provide and how it’s provided. Examples being live webcams, blog updates, chat and such. If a person is really intrigued by the model, don’t you think that person would pay to watch sessions live and lets say, interact with the model while lets say stripping. You get the point.

Lets say I wanted to be a douche, I’d use a script to take a screenshot of all images and run a stream-recorder on the videos that are currently up on the website. I’d then post these videos and images on a share-site.
User B, C and E now downloads this content. B isn’t that interested, C is so interested that he decides to sign up to join in on the live feeds where as E has heard that the content cannot be downloaded, thus has reduced functionality.
User E now realises, that if he keeps downloading the material from a share site, he’s getting the image files and the videos stored on his harddrive.
User E, who keeps downloading the content from a share site, is effectively getting more than a paying customer.

Well I thought I was the only one that she didn’t reply back to. Either she didn’t like what I/we had to say or just didn’t get the emails yet. When I emailed her thru gmail account, I got a response back at least and all I asked was when the website was going to be launched and she replyed back I don’t know with an exclamation point like she was upset with me or something…not very professional if you ask me.
Yes I do believe there should be an option to have all videos and pictures downloadable like every other pay site has.
I really hope the web designer put an option for accepting visa. If its not there then when my membership ends I won’t be able to be a member anymore.

That her website uses flash annoys me. Flash just doesnt work well on mobile devices and with no option to download or view content on my iphone i have to sit at ly desktop. Sorry but it was fun while it lasted. Its a shame because shes hella beatiful.

Roxy said last night that Thursday before she even does the chat her tech and webmaster guy will be fixing her issues on webcam before she starts the show so it will be better picture quality. She wanted to know when was the best time for us to see her so she can work around our times for the webcam shows. Since there was only a few people I think that were in there last night more people need to go in the chat and she will answer every question you have. She is very open and honest!

I’m definitely one of the foremost advocates of trying to get the pics displayed larger and the videos encoded better.. I shot 95% of the stuff afterall, so of course I’m always picky about how my work is displayed. So I’ve been pushing to get these things done for my own sake if not for the sake of you subscribers.
Recording the webchats is another thing I recommended for the exact reason you mentioned.. in case people can’t make it and want to see what happened. I think it’d be a great idea and I know a lot of those paysites do it. We’ll see what happens!

Well I tried to log in but my subscription expired. It really sucked because she only did one webcam show in one month and only added a lil bit of content. I think i’ll just wait for a few months and many the content will show more skin, and be alot more videos that are newer. Kinda am a lil dissappointed that she didnt post more new videos and have more webcam chats. Shes awesome as ever it just sucks that shes so new and should have did more stuff for the website. ah well life goes on:(

the reason she waited to add content was because all the content on the site was new and about 95% of it was never before seen anywhere, so there was no reason to add more. it was like 4 or 5 months worth of content available right off the bat. there’s over 500 exclusive photos and over 1 hour worth of video that you can’t see anywhere else. once the webchat thing is rolling (i think it’s pretty much there.. new better webcam application is pretty much good to go) it’ll be something like 8 hours of live webcam chats every month, over an hour of video (added to every other week), and 500 pics (also added to every other week). 8 hrs of webchats a month comes out to $1.25 per half-hour if you’re paying $19.99/mo. that’s almost HALF as much as ONE tv show on itunes, and that’s not even including what you’re getting in video & pic updates. early adopters always run into problems, but those problems will be fixed and you’re still getting a good amt of content for not much money

Well I know she talked about it on the webchat but the other thing I asked about was adding Visa to the it. She even told me herself all she has are Visa cards. Im just kinda scared of using my checking account to pay for it because that really personal stuff. I know its all 100% secure but I just feel more comfortable using a credit card.

Yeah on every other site there is new videos(which most people like…especially to download) uploaded a few times a week to keep the members comin and to stay. I honestly don’t know why she chose to only do videos once a week. Webchats are cool but the picture quality should be alot better like all her other videos. This will be my last month as a member because its just not worth it. Im reading what other members are saying and im not alone. She only works at night and its not every night plus the webcam chat are not recorded…big bummer. I really hope Roxy reads this. Ryan im not trying to be harsh just kinda saying it like I see it thats all.
